Meet Nadine Roppo, MA, CCC
I’m a counselling therapist and the person behind Speranza Counselling Therapy. The name Speranza means "hope," which serves as a reminder that healing is possible, even when the path forward is unclear.
My work is grounded in the belief that we heal best when the mind, body, heart, and spirit are supported together. I offer a warm, inclusive space where you can explore what’s going on in your life at your own pace without judgment. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out, just space to be heard, supported, and to move toward what feels right for you.
My Approach
I use a holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed approach grounded in evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs. Some of the modalities I draw from include:
- Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Humanistic
- Emotionally-focused and strengths-based practices
I believe therapy should be flexible, compassionate, and collaborative, where you lead the way.
